Solar technology installation at Woodgrove

We are pleased to confirm that works to install an onsite rooftop solar array are set to commence at Woodgrove. 

The onsite solar system will reduce grid electricity consumption, delivering on-demand, reliable and clean energy to the Centre, providing relief to the local energy network, and lowering Woodgrove’s carbon emissions. 

Works will commence in early 2023, and while it is still too early to confirm exact timings, we expect the project to be completed by the middle of the year. 

Woodgrove will remain open as usual throughout these works.

As part of our commitment to responsible project management, we have developed a comprehensive project management plan that aims to minimise the impact of these installation works on our community.
