Customer Service Desk
Woodgrove Shopping Centre’s Customer Service Desk is located opposite Michael Hill. The current opening hours for the desk are as follows:
Monday - Wednesday: 9am until 5.30pm
Thursday - Friday: 9am until 9pm
Saturday: 9am until 5pm
Sunday: 10am until 5pm

Order & Collect
Order directly from your favourite stores and collect from the comfort of your car!
We're thrilled to introduce a new way to shop securely with your favourite stores at Woodgrove with our new service - Order & Collect.
Simply place an order over the phone, email or online with one of our participating retailers and collect from the convenience of your car at the Order & Collect collection zone located outside the Bank of Melbourne entrance. Free WiFi
On your next visit to the Centre connect with us by simply activating WiFi on your device and follow the prompts.
You can connect to our WiFi network either by Email or Facebook. Connecting to WiFi via email will give the customer 200MB of data at 8mbps speed. You will need to enter your email address then verify your email address. Temporary WiFi access will allow you to open your emails. Connecting via Facebook and you will get 600MB of data at 8mbps speed. You will need to enter your Facebook email address and password used on your Facebook account.
